Acquisition
1、承担原料药合成工艺打通、优化、中试、放大等试验工作；
2、分析和解决合成相关专业问题，配合项目组解决实验中出现的问题；
3、解决新产品在生产车间进行中试（含试制）、工艺验证过程中存在的技术问题；
4、做好产品开发中所需自制的杂质合成工作；
5、在中试及工艺验证过程中做好工艺参数记录，对生产过程中出现的异常现象应做好相应记录，及时收集试制产品的记录资料，整理关键控制参数并形成总结报告；
6、整理和归档产品开发技术资料和数据，完成原料合成申报基础资料的汇总、整理工作；
7、积极参加公司组织的国家政策法规和公司规章制度学习等。
1、有机化学、制药等相关专业毕业，本科及以上学历；
2、2年以上合成研究工作经验；
3、具有较扎实的有机化学理论知识，实验操作娴熟；
4、负责原料药小试、中试直至生产工艺优化，工艺验证等，具有较强的技术攻关能力，熟悉各种法规要求，具备CTD申报资料撰写及答辩经验更佳；

2. Analyze and solve professional problems related to synthesis, and cooperate with the project team to solve problems arising in experiments;
3. Solve the technical problems existing in the pilot test (including trial production) and process verification of new products in the production workshop;
4. Do a good job in the synthesis of self-made impurities required in product development;
5. Record the process parameters in the process of pilot test and process verification, make corresponding records of abnormal phenomena in the production process,
collect the record data of the trial production products in time, sort out the key control parameters and form a summary report;
6. Organize and archive product development technical data and data, and complete the summary and sorting of basic data for raw material synthesis declaration;
7. Actively participate in the study of national policies, regulations and company rules and regulations organized by the company.
1. Bachelor degree or above in organic chemistry, pharmaceutical and other related majors;
2. More than 2 years working experience in synthesis research;
3. Have solid theoretical knowledge of organic chemistry, skilled in experimental operation;
4. Responsible for API small test, pilot test to production process optimization, process verification, etc., with strong technical research ability,
familiar with various regulatory requirements, with CTD application materials writing and defense experience is better;
